SELECTION OF INGREDIENTS:
In our laboratories we prepare and select meats and primal cuts, specific for each recipe. The mixture is homogenized and sent to pre-cooking with all the ingredients that complete the recipe.
MIXING AND COOKING:
The cooking and moulding of the product take place in the extruder; the product is then conveyed to the dryer for the drying process.
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING:
Products are packaged in a variety of sizes to meet customers' demands and market requests. Each pack bears all the information envisaged by the law and the identification codes managed via computerized systems that ensure full product traceability at any time.
